  • Charter Capital: The proposed capital and capital contribution structure (if there are multiple shareholders/members).
  • Legal Representative Information: A notarized copy of their ID/Passport, contact information, and title.
  • Head Office Address: The specific address of the subsidiary (which can be in a different province/city than the parent company).
